- 不良品（容器の破損）のご返品は、商品到着後７日以内とさせていただきます。
必ず、ショップのお問い合わせフォームより、ご連絡をいただいた後の返品発送をお願いいたします。（ご連絡をいただく前のご返品発送はお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。） - 返品送料
- 不良品に該当する場合は当方で負担いたします。（日本郵便着払いのみ）

■Return Policy
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective (such as damage to the container).
■Return Period
Returns for defective items must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please contact us via the shop inquiry form before shipping your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent without prior notice.
■Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost (accepted via Japan Post Cash on Delivery / Chakubarai only).
